We discovered this Guatemalan while participating in a Coffee Cupping competition. It was so good we immediately placed an order and have been loving it ever since.
This coffee is from 30 small producers within San Pedro La Laguna, Atitlán in south central Guatemala. The producers follow organic agricultural practices by taking care of the soil and water treatments. Harvest is done by hand, and only ripe cherries are picked. Coffee is fermented in tanks and dried in patios.
